I’ve known Shane for years, and over that time we’ve become good friends, sharing one too many Instagram reels and always keeping it real with each other. No bullshit, just us.
In this episode, Shane joins me to talk about his incredible journey through endurance sport. He’s a normal guy living a normal life, but with an extraordinary passion for pushing his limits. With over 15 Ironman triathlons under his belt, he’s also taken on Ultraman Australia and the legendary Arch to Arc, a 140km run, a swim across the English Channel, and a 289km ride to finish.
Shane’s not chasing some deep, spiritual revelation, he’s chasing the edge of his own potential, finding joy in the process, the grind, and even the suffering, if you want to call it that.
This one’s a reminder to do things because you love them, because they make you feel alive — not because the world is watching.
