Shannon was a huge influence in my spiritual journey, when I first became connected to the podcast world - many moons ago. His podcast - SoulFeed was my weekly therapy fix. The topics he covers and the guests he interviews on his show are inspirational global leaders such as Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Sean Corn, Gabby Bernstein and so much more! Shannon shares of his addiction, addiction to social media. This saw him take a 40 day social media detox and revealing the impact it had on his life. He speaks of the learnings and living his life authentically, NOT giving a big F**K to the superficial pressures of society so he can live in alignment to truth and his purpose.
We get intimate about his own experience around sexuality and how he is trying to integrate this into his leadership.
