Shannon In The Morning Big Show Daily Podcast

Big Show junior reporter Harvey Blanks has one and a half reviews for us this morning!

The half review is Harvey peeking in on one episode of the CRAZY Netflix true crime documentary series, "TIGER KING: Murder, Mayhem and Madness" which is completely inappropriate for a 10 year old so he only got a quick glance!

The main event of the review is "ONWARD," the latest Pixar movie that didn’t get to spend much time in theaters due to the Coronavirus.

Legendary country-crossover singer & producer Kenny Rogers passed away Friday at the age of 81.

To get a snapshot into how great of a man Kenny was, we resurface our interview with Don Henley from 2015 when he stopped by the CBS-FM studio to promote his album 'Cass County.'

Don talks about Kenny Rogers giving him his first record deal right out of high school with his buddies and how he was generous enough to let him out of that contract when Glenn Frey split with JD Souther, essentially allowing the Eagles to be formed!

Can you believe the big show has been on the air for 6 years?!?! We celebrated this morning by reminiscing on all the great times we've had and great guests! We remember James Lipton who passed away at the age of 93 and play back a classic interview Brad Blanks had with James almost a decade ago.

Bachelorette talk, coronavirus and much more!

Brad Blanks is back from Saudi Arabia after covering the Saudi Cup and gives us a full recap, Louie Louie reviews the Celine Dion concert at the Barclay's Center, Patty's daily dirt report including big news from Judge Judy plus news of the day and much more!

Brad Blanks is in Saudi Arabia with legendary horse trainer Bob Baffert for the inaugural “Saudi Cup” that comes with a 20 million dollar prize!

All the best American horse trainers are in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the first time ever. Brad talked to Bob about the experience so far.

We also talk about the latest with the coronavirus and Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran getting scammed out of a ton of money!

Today on the big show we talk about national pancake day, Louie's big day to see Celine Dion is approaching, but how much would he pay to meet her? We have some fun with a mom on The Bachelor that gave us an amazingly corny soundbite.

Today on the big show, we congratulate Boomer Esiason's son Gunnar on his engagement, we cover celebrity birthdays, stories in the news, both of the wacky and entertainment variety, "megxit," the woman playing the violin while getting brain surgery, Ryan Newman's near-fatal crash, a man who had a "problem" that wouldn't go away and so much more!
