In 2010, Shannon co-founded {r}evolution apparel, with the mission to inspire the fashion industry towards an increase in sustainability.

That was when she realized all the bad things in the industry and the lack of education of business practices.

So Shannon established Factory45 to transform the fashion industry. Shannon has worked with over 500 entrepreneurs in the sustainable fashion space, many of whom have gone on to launch some of the most transparent supply chains in the fashion industry.

Because of her advocacy for sustainability, Shannon has been named a thought leader for the future of fashion and was nominated as a "Woman of Note" by the Wall Street Journal.
