In our culture, we learn from a young age to avoid things that feel bad. Unfortunately, the ways we have found to distract ourselves from difficult feelings are not always in our best interests. Without the ability to tolerate experiencing life’s inevitable yucky feelings, you’re susceptible to emotional eating.

You cannot have great physical health without great mental health and vice versa. When something comes up and you need help, it is imperative to have all of these professionals at your fingertips.

Today I am joined by my close friends from the UK, who I consider family.  And we are here to talk about BURNOUT!

The times that I was bullied as an adult, were actually by someone YOUNGER than myself who perceived that they held greater power. Sometimes we may feel that we hold the world by the tail, then something is said or done that can shrink that into a small dot.
