Committed to a career in sustainability, cross-industry experience and impact entrepreneurship, Marion is the co-founder and CEO at Close the Loop Solutions, a business specialised in certified home compostable products to replace single-use plastic. Their solutions, presented via a one-stop shop "Compostable Alternatives" are used nationwide by a number of highly sustainably-focused hospitality businesses. 

Marion is also the co-president at La French Tech Australia and sits on the board of Startup Adelaide and the Fleurieu Regional Waste Authority.

When it comes to the circular economy, there is no greater system than Food Waste and organics composting. By turning one man’s stinky trash into the state’s fertiliser treasure, we can ALL contribute to SDG target 12.3* - halve food waste by 2030 and give our local produce and wine the nutrients they need without synthetic chemicals. Green Industries South Australia is world-leading in many circular economy and waste initiatives, with the latest being Australia’s first public place trial for organic waste bins in Rundle Mall.
