Alicia Goodman is a seasoned executive with a profound commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces and maximizing individual and organizational potential. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cerus, she brings extensive experience in leadership, DEI, executive coaching, and guiding businesses through periods of M&A and organic growth.

Alicia is a board member of the American Red Cross in the Bay Area. In this capacity, she channels her expertise into mentoring and coaching volunteers, while also spearheading efforts as the Committee Chair for the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
