"This means focusing on collective intelligence instead of individual brilliance. I think it means fostering agility and adaptability cross the board, top to bottom, not just in the C suite. And it also means creating structures that allow leadership to emerge wherever it is needed. I have seen organizations make this shift. That too in quite traditional hierarchies. One of them was an academic institution. Typical academic institutions are all quite hierarchical. People waiting for that authority to take decisions and for, you know, and they will follow."
