We are emotional creatures. Our ability to reason and feel differentiates us from other creatures on earth and makes us human.
Our lives are filled with so many experiences, positive and negative, that demand an emotional response; i.e. current events, faith, family, finances, relationships, etc. We must acknowledge our emotions in every experience; we're not robots. But how can we manage our emotions so the experience doesn't consume, overwhelm, distract or derail us from fulfilling our dreams?
