In this episode I am joined by my amazing friend Monica Arora-Bir owner of Digital Monk Marketing in Calgary.
We have been working together for many years now, and I have had the pleasure of producing her podcast. Monica has been kind enough to let me share her latest episode here too. This episode is great for entrepreneurs wanting to start a podcast but want to know why everyone is doing it!
We talk about some of the stats behind podcasting, how it directly influences your relationship with your current and potential clients, as well as positions you as an industry leader and allows you to share your skills and knowledge while building trust with your listeners.
We also talk about different ways to grow and develop your podcast including what you need to record from home without breaking the bank. How to build and record successful collaborations. As well as repurposing other branding and marketing content so that you don't have to concern yourself with coming up with new groundbreaking ideas every week.
Now more than ever it is challenging to stand out in the digital world. Podcasting is a huge way to connect with potential clients, to build a relationship between consumers and your brand and to build awareness. If you don't have a podcast you are missing a huge opportunity to connect on a medium that is being used by consumers at a huge rage. At Digital Monk Marketing Monica and her team (That's me in the podcast side of things!!) will help businesses and entrepreneurs launch and grow their podcasts.
Digital Monk Marketing is one of Calgary's leading marketing companies when it comes to getting your business on the top of the rankings for google as well as offering full in house production for video and content and social media management, as well as helping work closely with your team to help strategize successful marketing campaigns in all media including television, radio and print.

As we continue to dig behind the brand and learn about some incredible entrepreneurs and local businesses, I wanted to have a chat with my good friend Liz Campbell of M12 Fitness.
This seemed to time perfectly with the new year, as we look at what motivated her to start her business, her thoughts on fitness through virtual platforms, building community with free training as well as overcoming imposter syndrome and building a brand in the online space.
Liz shares her passion on why fitness should be accessible to everyone and that it's how you feel, not necessarily how you look that should be important.
For lots of valuable fitness resources and to learn more about M12Fitness and personal training, check out www.m12fitness.com or follow @m12fitnessliz on social media.
In this episode of Behind the Brand with Share OnAir, I talk with Kandice of Weightboss For Life. As we head into the holiday season and a new year, a time when diets and personal goals are top of mind, Kandace is here to remind us that focusing on magic start dates actually remove our power of control but instead, learning to drop into your own story and learn about your relationship with food is the way to give yourself the power to manage your weight and health.
In this candid conversation Kandice shares her personal story of how Weightboss came to be and why she is so incredibly passionate about what she does.
I enjoyed this conversation so much and hope it inspires you as much as it inspired me.
