Joe Nakamura, a Christian, family man, entrepreneur and athlete, shares his story from east LA to owner of Run Republic. Along the way, Joe talks about his many challenges, finding hope and his journey in faith.
On this episode, Sara shares her journey from small town Arkansas, to a life changing trip in Florida, to meeting her husband at the Biggest Loser Ranch in Utah, to packing her bags for Virginia and the Outer Banks. Along the way, Sara has seen quite a few low points, but has continued to demonstrate what it means to keep going. She says, "The only constant in life is change. And bad things happen and good things happen, but eventually if you keep going, you can look back and see and find the blessings; even in the ugliest and most horrible stuff..you see that there were blessings along the way."
