Loretta Hart, mother of 4 and founder of The Happy Chicks Collective shares her story of loss and grief, and how she found happiness and joy again.

Seventeen years ago she lost her third son. To get through the regular demands of life she bottled up her emotions to be able to move on. After a few years of living in a beige world she realized something had to change.

Through Miracle Mornings, stillness, meditation and journaling she was able to find herself again and live a more colourful life.
