False memory OCD can be absolutely crippling. It creates obsessive doubts around events that may have never even happened planting vivid, disturbing thoughts or fantasies in your mind and then convincing you they’re real. That’s exactly what it did to Liam. It took him down a rabbit hole of guilt, shame, and confusion, forcing him to unpack and question the most outrageous thoughts things that never aligned with his character or values.
But the power in this journey has been learning to separate fact from fear. We’ve slowly untangled the lies OCD told him and realized: thoughts are just thoughts. They don’t define you. And if you’re stuck in that place now, please knowit does get better. With support, awareness, and time, clarity returns. You're not alone, and healing is always possible.
Ole breaks down how hypnotism isn’t about mind control it’s about gaining access to the subconscious, the hidden driver of most of our habits, fears, and self-beliefs. Once in this state, Ole helps clients reprogram limiting patterns, release deep-rooted trauma, and even rewrite how they view themselves at a core level.
We dive deep into how this method is being used to support people with autism, manage suicidal ideation, and help those who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional pain.
