An amazing interview with Pedro Mateus the founder and head of design at Blind® Agency.

Blind Agency is the first full-time branding agency based in Namibia. As Namibia moves through the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Namibia has seen a surge of new industries that still need to be explored and expanded upon. The agency’s driving force is to create a brand that goes beyond the business.

An amazing interview with Talita Dielemans, She is currently a third-year student at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, majoring in Management of International Social Challenges.

Growing up in various African countries, she grew her passion for improving the socio-economic disparities where she tries to strongly place her focus on policymaking and advising which she believes plays a paramount role in the sustainable development goal of a country.

An amazing interview with Ndahambelela Haifene, a young lawyer public speaker and founder of the "Equipped Speakers Academy" a Pubic speaking academy that aims to aid school-going pupils as well as other entities such as private individuals and corporations, by improving the public speaking abilities and articulation skills.

An interesting interview with Julia Nambinga, a medical student who has ventured into the entrepreneurship realm by founding a company known as Lago Medical Supplies, in 2018. Lago Medical Supplies is a growing medical supplies company that was founded by Julia Nambinga in 2018. It is a female-led start-up company that aims to provide affordable and high-quality healthcare wear and equipment to health professionals in Namibia. 

Julia saw a niche in catering for the growing population of Medical Students in Namibia as well as all health professionals alike. Accessibility and affordability are of great importance at Lago Medical Supplies (LMS). The company is run and administered by medical students, this aids in allowing a clear understanding of the needs of healthcare professionals in our country.

An interview with Gianluca Massalini, Gianluca started off as an engineer for producing one of the world's fastest

cars known as the Buggati and later on moving to work for Ferrari in Italy. With inspiration from his mentor he raised to managerial position and ventured into serving as a manager of several multi-million dollar companies in Italy, raising their standards immensely.

With the experience gained through the years he later on created his own consulting company offering insights on management, and various insights  to startups, established companies and individuals.

Moving to Namibia he founded the company called 'Bush Culture Experience cc' where he gets to work closely with the Bushmen and local communities, offering Team building, mentoring and amazing tailored experiences to startups, companies and individuals all over the world.

An interview with Steven Bernardus .H. Steven has demonstrated his strong love and passion for the youth since the age of 14 he co-founded the Young Achievers Empowering Project. Graduating from university at the age of 21, he has explored 4 different career paths in the space of 10 years. Steven has depicted exceptional public speaking skills and has won numerous accolades in over 30 countries, to date he has travelled to over 51 countries ( and aims for the 100 mark ). It is this pool of diverse cultures, people and experiences that redefine the way he sees the world and serves as a ground for compassion and understanding when dealing with matters concerning the youth.
