As we continue to experience the effects of the pandemic, it’s been very clear that Covid-19 has taken its toll on everyone. In recent years, we saw a sharp rise in incidents of anxiety, loneliness and depression among our youth and young adults. The pandemic has made this situation even worse and much more urgent. Today, ShareLife is privileged to have Amanda from Catholic Family Services speak with us about the mental health challenges being experienced by our youth. Amanda is a program manager at Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County, which is funded in part by ShareLife through the abundant generosity of donors across the Archdiocese of Toronto.
