Yeah, this one's a little late. We spent all our energy talking about sharks and then fell asleep, like how an eight year old might. Still, this Wednesday morning we are very excited to present Temperance's first triple pick: Deep Blue Sea x The Shallows x The Meg! Neither of us can stand the thought of sharks, but we very much like shark movies. And also LL Cool J and Blake Lively. We rented all three of these from Reel Hollywood Video! If you don't have an awesome video rental store in your neck of the woods, I think you can rent all three of these on Vudu for something like four bucks each.

Content Warning: I'll be honest, I didn't think about having to do a content warning for three separate films. I recommend using the IMDb Parents' Guide to check each individual film. The general idea is that sharks eat a lot of people, and there is gratuitous blood and dismemberment. Also each one of these films features violence against animals, which we discuss during the episode because it's such a problematic element of the shark movie genre.
