I was honored to have had the opportunity to talk with David Weiner, a recent United States Army Veteran.  David talked about the transition from army life to searching for a job as a civilian.  He hit the ground running and in a manner of a few weeks after officially retiring he was able to find a position that he truly loves.  But the job search process was not an easy one since he had spent a good portion of his adult life in the military.  David has a great career story and for anyone that is thinking about or will soon be retiring from the military his story can help you see what worked for him and what challenges he faced and was able to overcome.   David thank you for taking time to talk with SharpHR Career Corner and above all else thank you for your many years of service.
