Kim Dorsey was found bludgeoned, stabbed and sexually assaulted in her own bedroom. The crime scene had been assigned to two new crime scene investigators the day before Karen and her co-worker, Kim Long, were summoned to help sort out the details of what happened to Kim early in the morning of October 28, 2012.
