If there was ever a time in modern day human history to stand for the Kingdom, it’s now.  More than ever in our lifetime, the way in which we approach the culture is vital in our ability to reach them.  Everyone today is offended by something, and agreement seems to be a lost art form.  So rather than be like the world, there is a way to stand firm in our convictions and yet model a different attitude while doing so.  Don’t back away from defending life, instead, do it with a different attitude.

From the corruption of government to the watering down of the Gospel, there is a ripple effect happing in the earth in this culture and moment in history that is shaping the future.  It’s time that the people of God take the territory they’ve been given and occupy with power and authority against the wickedness in the earth.  Every move the enemy makes is causing a ripple, and it’s time Christians wake up and take their rightful place inside the space God has given them to occupy.

While our nation confirms a SCOTUS justice who refuses to define a woman, the LGBTQIA+ conversation has hit our dinner tables and is plaguing the classrooms around America.  How does the church embrace those living this lifestyle without compromising the truth of the Word of God?  Can they receive Christ while still struggling with this iniquity?  Let’s talk and dig into the truth of what God says and how we can respond!

From applauding Will Smith’s slap to Chris Rock to the moral decline in our culture, it’s time for God’s people to take back territory for the Kingdom.  No longer can the Church sit back and watch the decline of culture take place.  It is time for truth, character, integrity, morality, and a fear of God to be brought back into our culture and represented by the people of God regardless of the backlash.  Our world needs truth, and this conversation will remind us of the need to go after the culture God has given us!

A watered down, sugar-coated Gospel is not going to save the world and bring people to Jesus.  When we have social media influencers being banished from their pages when referring to the God-designed gender of a person who identifies otherwise, and when a potential Supreme Court justice refuses to offer the definition of a woman, truth is at risk of being eliminated from culture.  It is time for the Church to wake up and begin to preach an offensive Gospel that challenges and changes the culture we are called to reach, regardless of the consequences.

Should Christians talk about politics?  Many Christians believe that any political conversations should remain outside the four walls of the church.  However, Jesus was not a religious figure, he was a political figure because he came to bring His Kingdom.  His Kingdom would clash with the current political system of His day and Jesus was unafraid and bold taking on the religious and political establishments.  You don’t want to miss this episode with a conversation of Turning Point USA’s local members and all that is taking place in their spheres regarding faith and politics.
