  • Honesty, knowledge and positivity is how Shaun gets the buy in from his players. He says that if he can give the team the knowledge they need to win, then they can believe they will win and this is half the battle.
  • Vision of the team is instrumental to winning. Shaun works backwards to then figure out who and what is part of this vision and this is one of the ways he decided who stays on the team and who to work with.
