We're in the summer months of the MLB season and it's time for my love, hate segment with all 30 teams. Find out my one love and my one hate for each team so far this season!

Wow! Look where we are, the 2023 NBA Finals. What a journey this NBA season has been and what a time this postseason has been. It's now down to the final 2, the Denver Nuggets and the Miami Heat. Both teams have incredible stories, but unfortunately, only one will come out on top.

To discuss the finals I sat down with a very familiar voice in Aidan Cady. Together Aidan and I dove into the Nuggets/Heat matchup and we've got all the information you need to get ready for the 2023 NBA Finals.

I sat down with Tiffany Pederson-Henry, a newly Yale graduate, to discuss diversity and inclusion in sports. During her time at Yale, Tiffany helped start Yale Bulldogs for Change, an on-campus group for black student athletes. Hear about Tiffany's experiences during her time at Yale as well as many other stories that Tiffany and I share relating to race and sports.

One thing we both concluded during our conversation, is that while sports have oftentimes become a safe space for black athletes, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. This is definitely not going to be out last conversation on this topic.

Join myself (Shaun Gold) and my guest Patrick Craig, a soon to be Yale graduate from London as we talk about the international outreach that is occurring within the NFL. From London, to Germany, to Mexico, the NFL is making a strong push to promote its brand worldwide. Listen in as we discuss the international impact the league is having and also dive into the roster construction of an NFL franchise!

We're far enough into the MLB season now to get a read on some things. Listen in for a debrief on all 30 MLB teams and find out if your team is off to a concerning start.
