#207 - I first discovered Shawanna White a few years ago on Instagram. Her photos and videos never fail to make me smile! She brings joy and positivity to our sport, while working so hard to be the best runner she can. It's not always easy, but Shawanna talks to us about her training, how difficult last year was, and what she looks forward to this year. I know that she whatever she works for, she will accomplish!
