I never shop GameStop online, but recently a combination of bogo, gift card, rakuten, rewards, and Christmas cash burning a hole in my pocket compelled me to give it a try... in the most cheapskate-Shawn bargain-bundle way possible.

Though most mini consoles pre-NES Classic Mini (and most AtGames products in general) aren't recommendation-worthy, I do have a soft spot for these two. I poke around both for a few minutes and offer my very uninformed, unwanted review and ratings.

This week I pore through my entire Nintendo GameBoy collection (spending about a whole hour on all 10 games I own), and I found a few that are at least worth lightly recommending based on low price and decent quality!

Looking for good bargain games for the Nintendo Switch? Me too. How about embarrassing quantities of ancient titles passably emulated and crammed haphazardly into a single, low(-ish) priced package? OK that one might just be me... but just on the off chance it's you too, then I hope you'll enjoy this video in which I recommend 4 cheap, physical compilation games on the Nintendo Switch that don't suck.

Some games are just so good, so nostalgic, and so (relatively) inexpensive, that - like a time capsule or childhood keepsake - I'll keep them long after the rest of my collection is gone.

I snipped a smaller "skit-only" version of the video for social media, but this is the "full" version complete with unnecessary post-skit rambling.

Come say hello!
