ശബരിമല സ്വര്‍ണക്കൊള്ളക്കേസില്‍ ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡ് മുന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്റും മുതിര്‍ന്ന സിപിഎം നേതാവുമായ എ.പത്മകുമാര്‍ അറസ്റ്റില്‍.  ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് ആസ്ഥാനത്തെ ചോദ്യംചെയ്യലിന് ശേഷമാണ് അറസ്റ്റ്. ശ്രീകോവിലിലെ കട്ടിളപ്പാളിയിലെ സ്വര്‍ണമോഷണത്തിലാണ് അറസ്റ്റ്. കട്ടിളപ്പാളി ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്‍ പോറ്റിക്ക് കൊടുത്തുവിട്ടപ്പോള്‍ രേഖയില്‍ സ്വര്‍ണം, ചെമ്പ് എന്ന് എഴുതിയതില്‍ പത്മകുമാറിനും അറിവുണ്ടെന്നാണ് SITയുടെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍.
