Back in 2017 was vegan for 2 years.

And you better believe me, I was aaaall in. Like the hard core vegan nobody likes (sorry).

Then in 2019 several things happened and I went back to eating a vegetarian nutrition and later even back to eating meat and fish.

What made me change, find it out in this short episode out of my life, directly delivered from Bali where I am fighting with the sound quality because of my new laptop.

I am thrilled to announce my first series here on my Podcast called “reconnect with my feminine energy”.  

I will dive into different parts of the feminine energy and how I learned through this reconnection to integrate these parts into my life.  

Feminine and masculine Energy is still something many don’t understand. I didn’t for quite some time too.  

But when I started reconnecting with my feminine energy, it felt like getting an allowance slip to experience life.   That was so life-changing for me because I was in my masculine energy for my whole life.  So I tell you what I was like before I started experiencing life through my feminine energy and what some prejudices are when it comes to feminine energy:  That feminine energy is about being devoted and overly emotional, That feminine energy is about outdated gender roles, That feminine energy is esoteric af. 

I am looking forward to start brining you closer to feminine energy, a part of our true essence!

In this episode I am talking about how I feel about my sister moving in with me for one month before leaving to Bali and how it is to live together with your sibling as a 30ty y/o. I tell a bit about my family constellation since my parents got divorced when  I was 5 years old and I've been living in patchwork families for quite some time.  I talk about why I didn't deregister from Switzerland the first time I tried and in general talk about why we should not ask outselves "what if" and explore life even if we can't tell how it's going to turn out.

Episode 16 is a short spicy one. I talk about how we take over our parent’s behaviours that show later especially when dating.

I talk about what it looks like when a mother is emotionally unavailable and how a distorted relationship to the mother (the mother wound) imprints on girls and boys and how that shows up later in life - again especially when dating.

The mother is incorporating the feminine, therefore everything around her is connected to love and emotions and if there is an emotional neglect this has consequences later in life. So in this context I also speak about the Madonna-Whore-Complex, a concept that puts women in 2 categories and how it ended when I was seeing someone with the Madonna Whore Complex. 🔥💀

Because we both come from the fitness industry, we both know about self sabotage. Relationship-wise we come from very different backgrounds, she is in a relationship for 6 years and I am single after being in a long-term relationship so we talked about how we sabotage ourselves when being in a relationship or eben before entering.
