If you’ve been grinding, striving, or feeling the pressure to perform in order to “arrive”… I want to invite you into a holy pause. This episode is for the woman who’s doing all the right things — but still feels like she’s stuck in the valley, unseen, or running on empty.
Here’s the truth: the valley is not punishment — it’s preparation.
And promotion? That doesn’t come from followers, funnels, or figuring everything out. It comes from the Lord.In this episode, I’m sharing:

I know what it’s like to want to run ahead, to try to “make it happen,” and to feel like you’ve got to prove yourself. But sister, God is not looking for your hustle — He’s after your heart.
So if you’re in the middle of the mess, the unknown, the valley — this is your reminder: you’re not behind, you’re being built.
