I love everything health/wellness, however, having worked in Corporate America for over 20 years originally, because I viewed that as "success," all the while feeling pulled to helping others help themselves.  I viewed Corporate America as "safe".  Learned that the feeling inside me was a sign that I didn't have to define "success" in the traditional sense and that what I really wanted to do was help women live their lives fully AND "safe" doesn't really mean safe.  For me, it meant compromising and quieting my inner voice and not showing up fully.  NOW, I am working on building my business and figuring out a life of living by my own rules (a step at a time).

I am a life coach helping women overwhelmed in their daily life get clear on who they want to be, so they can live their blissfully whole life. I believe that investing in the foundational, messy work is the only way to make sustainable changes, so we don't keep ending up in square one. Divorce is a grueling process, whether you initiated it or not. The fact is, it’s over, you’re single again, and you need to figure out how you want to live your life going forward. There’s often a sense of relief but many also feel sad for the loss of a future with a life partner they thought they’d have, uncertain about how to co-parent, overwhelmed as to where to go from here, and concern about finding happiness again. Many women feel ashamed that their marriage ended, worried about what others will think, and guilty for raising their family from two homes.

When our lifestyle factors are out of balance there's often a lack of motivation to exercise and low energy can lead to food cravings for all the wrong foods just to get through the day. I work with my clients on behavior change and making new habits that will be sustainable.
