In this week’s episode of the SHE Bible Study podcast, we’re diving into where the Holy Spirit shows up all throughout Scripture—from the Old Testament to the New. We explore how the Spirit was present in creation, empowered leaders and prophets, and then was poured out in a whole new way after Jesus’ resurrection. Same Spirit. New access. Let’s go deeper together.

We’re kicking off a brand new Bible study series all about the Holy Spirit — who He is, the power He brings, and the role He’s played throughout Scripture and in our own lives.
In this first episode, we dive into Jesus’ introduction of the Holy Spirit in John 14:16–17, and explore how the Gospel of John helps us better understand His identity. We also get personal about our own experiences — from being confused or even weirded out by the Holy Spirit, to realizing He was the missing piece in our walk with God.
If you’ve ever wondered how to know the Holy Spirit, or felt unsure about what His presence means in your everyday life, this conversation is for you.
In this episode of The Overflow, we’re recapping the powerful April SHE Collective gathering and diving into a question we all face: what do you do after a spiritual high? We explore the emotions that follow mountaintop moments — the confusion, the silence, even the stagnancy — and ask, does feeling stuck make me a bad Christian? Spoiler: it doesn’t.
We look at what the disciples did after the resurrection and how their post-miracle responses can guide us today. Whether you’re feeling fired up or flatlined, this episode is a reminder that Jesus still meets us right where we are.
…but we didn’t. Instead, this week’s episode is a laid-back catch-up where we recap the Forrest Frank concert, talk about how being a Christian is actually cool, admit we’re not winning any parenting awards lately, and dream out loud about what’s next for the podcast. It’s honest, unfiltered, and full of laughs — because sometimes the best episodes are the ones that don’t go as planned.
In our final week studying the life of Paul, we reflect on what it means to finish well and live with eternity in mind. Paul wasn’t just focused on the moment—he was intentional about the legacy he would leave behind. In this episode, we dive into his powerful words in 2 Timothy and explore how we, too, can run our race with purpose. Whether you're leading in your home, your workplace, or your community, this week will challenge you to think about the mark you're leaving on the world and how to keep Christ at the center of it all.
This week, we’re diving into the life of Paul and the unshakable endurance he modeled through every trial, storm, and prison cell. From shipwrecks to snake bites, persecution to loneliness, Paul never stopped pressing forward in faith. What kept him going? What can we learn from his perspective on suffering, joy, and purpose?
Join us as we unpack how Paul found strength not in his circumstances, but in Christ alone—and how we, too, can endure whatever comes our way. Whether you're in a season of waiting, battling discouragement, or just need a reminder of God’s power in the hard places, this episode is for you.
Let’s press on together, like Paul, with eyes fixed on eternity.
In Week 7 of the SHE Bible Study podcast, we dive into the life and ministry of Paul—one of the most powerful examples of transformation in Scripture. From a persecutor of Christians to a passionate disciple of Jesus, Paul’s journey shows us that no one is beyond God’s grace. We’ll explore how he ministered to many, the challenges he faced, and the boldness with which he shared the Gospel. Most importantly, we’ll discuss how each of us is called to ministry in our own way—whether in our homes, workplaces, or communities. Join us as we break down what it means to step into your calling and share Jesus wherever you are!
This week’s episode is all the things — real talk, laughs, and some heart checks. We’re catching up on life lately and what it’s been like stepping into our new role as gymnastics moms (yes, we’re those moms now 😅). We also talk about what it means to be known for doing ministry, and how we’re navigating our God-given roles as women — working, wife-ing, and motherhood-ing — and how it all weaves together in our homes. It’s a fun one you don’t want to miss!
And don’t forget — our next SHE Collective gathering is happening March 31 and we would LOVE to have you there. We have a special guest speaker!! Bring a friend and come be refreshed and encouraged. 💕

As we wrap up our series on King David, we take a deeper look at how his life points to Jesus. From his role as a shepherd and king to the promises God made through his lineage, David’s story is woven into the greater story of redemption. We’ll discuss the parallels between David and Jesus, how God used David’s line to bring forth the Messiah, and what this means for us today.
Next week, we shift our focus to Paul, but before we do, let’s reflect on David’s lasting legacy and how his life ultimately leads us to Christ.
