Everyone goes through overwhelm, it's how we deal with it. I spread myself so thin and was completely at an all time low at what should be a happy time! I was so so low and kept going and only blew up once, I was shocked at that. There is some ideas here that I share to help when we are feeling the lowest. I made sure to be open about my salon closing and then moving to my dream area, I was meant to be the happiest, but I was feeling the weight of everything.

Let's catch up, let's discuss all the things changing for the show, some updates with me. What is my goals for the summer and intentions for the Summer Solstice! What is the Solstice? Well let's learn about it: Summer solstice rituals often involve connecting with nature, celebrating the sun's peak, and welcoming the abundance of the season. Common practices include spending time outdoors, lighting bonfires or candles, creating flower crowns, and setting intentions for the season ahead.

There is many ways you can do things for the summer months and next 6 months of the year to be intentional, this is what I am doing!
