My first Interview/conversation ... Introducing my mom, Carmen! This is my first interview and how me and my mom normally talk, I wanted to share with everyone how my 70 year old mom and I overshare! This was a conversation we had last month and I knew this would be GOLDEN to be heard by all! Literally, the big question.."Is my Vibrator tracking me?" There is a funny story my mom shared with me, but I do think this is something important to be heard! Women over 50, going to sex parties and things have changed!! Surprise! Bonus Episode and recap of my vacation that I just took, I recorded while being away (excuse the audio). I wanted to discuss why I went, where I went & some incredible experiences. I gave some insight and why I picked the certain island I visited, the travel agent I used and LOVED: Traci Aglio (instagram: travel_advisor_tray), the things I did while I was there, the clarity and most importantly I did it for ME, to reconnect with myself! Sometimes we need to just run away and reset ourselves. See a new place and enjoy a vacation alone, have you ever traveled alone? I learned I love it, and since recording this episode, I booked my next trip! I will cover that in another Episode. 

The hotel I stayed at was Zoetry in Curaçao. One of a kind and had the BEST staff!

In this episode I talk about what lead to the end of my relationship, or what I think and lead to it. This is about my view, I will always say there is three sides to every story. I won't ever speak for my ex. This is a look into what could have went wrong, why I think it's important to do a self reflection of yourself and how growing from the issues can help! I want to share my sadness with it all and show the real and raw thoughts I had. Don't ever regret things, it's all a learning experience. This is just one of our chapters!

This Episode brings you in on my journey before my relationship. I talk about who I was before I met my long term partner. There is not story without a beginning, so I knew I had to share who I was before it all. How I met my ex, the fun I had before him. The things I look at now and see what may have gone wrong for me personally. I dove into what I knew my insecurities were during a happy relationship that may have not done me any favors early on. What I learned early on, and of course comparing to Taylor Swift!
