What's your muscle memory? If muscle memory is procedural memory that bring a specific motor skill/task into memory through repetition, then what are you doing repetitively that comes forth as a response to a situation? When you squeeze an orange you don't get apple juice so what you are putting in is what you are putting out.

What are the "ites?" When God told Moses that He would bring Israel up and out of the affliction of Egypt to the land flowing with milk and honey, He named the six people groups (ITES) that already resided in the Promise Land. We look at what those groups mean and what God wants us to do in our Promise Land so that we live in favor and abundance with Him.

Naomi returns. She thinks she returns empty and void but she soon finds the return is full of restoration, redemption and beyond all she imagined when she first arose to return. Isaiah 55:11 God speaks that His word does not return void, accomplishes what He pleases it to do and prospers in the thing for which it was sent. Look at what's in your hand. Look and know that when we are called to return it will be full.
