Welcome to She is so brave, a podcast about fears.
I am your host, Adi Ronen and I believe that our fears are gifts that can help us identify what’s important to us and what is worth going after.
What’s worth avoiding and what’s worth fighting for.
We are all afraid of something: From not being enough, speaking in public, staying alone, imposter syndrome, putting ourselves out there, fear of failure, fear of success. Fear is our most basic defence mechanism and is there to protect us from something we want to avoid.
The problems start when our fears balloon into these huge independent beings that attempt and succeed in stopping us from going after the things we really want, instead of just helping us avoid the things we are trying to avoid.
I believe our fears are our guardians and we need to give them the respect they deserve and work with them, instead of against them on the way to the life we want.
On this podcast we will talk about all kinds of mental fears, where they come from and how they operate. We will talk about what fears are made of, and learn how to stop letting our fears manage us and take over our lives.
We will have conversations with people leading inspiring lives and hear how they managed to create the life they craved while being scared.
We will talk about all the tips and tricks I found to start working with my fears and explore what it takes to live life on our terms and to go after our dreams - despite being scared.
If you ever feel like the only thing standing between you and the life you want is your fears and your insecurities,
If you ever have a feeling that you are just not brave enough or confident enough to do what it takes.
If you feel other people are more confident, less scared or have it all figured out and that’s why they are where they are and you are not quite there yet... - then this podcast is for you.
Join me on this journey of getting to know our fears and leveraging them to find the courage to live life on our terms.
