Have you ever looked at another woman speaking their truth, shining brightly, and full of confidence and thought, "Easy for her!"

Yep I have too sister!

I want you to know that I haven't always been able to stand up like a tall poppy without a care or show up for my life with conviction in who I am and where I'm going. In fact, I couldn't even imagine how to do that for most of my life!

Let me tell you that I get what it's like to feel lost, to doubt yourself, to not feel good enough and to struggle with who you see in the mirror.

And there's no better way I can explain this, than by sharing my story with you (and the world) for the first time EVER! 😮

If I had to sum it up in one sentence it would be with the Japanese proverb goes, "Fall down seven times, stand up eight".

So strap in girlfriend, this will be a ride! 🎢
