Welcome to my podcast! It has taken me years to unblock my throat chakra and believe that I have something of value to bring to the table.  Growing up in religion I felt caged and muted and detached from who I was as a human. In this first episode I touch on my breaking point of leaving my religion and beginning my journey of finding my voice.
