I want people to realize that not everything you’ve originally be taught is 100% true, if not true at all. Stop being comfortable living in a society where you’re being lied to and confused, but living as if everything is ok. Pick up some books, and acquire knowledge for yourself. I love you and I want you to be the best you so let me help you. 🖤

We have to love ourselves before we can let someone else love us. Learning what makes you who you are, and standing on your truth boldly. Learning to love every aspect and inch of yourself is crucial before you can allow anyone to do the same. If you don’t innerstand who you are and what you’re made up of, you allow people to come and break you. If you haven’t healed from what you’ve been through, you can project this pain onto people who haven’t even hurt you.

We often don’t create boundaries for ourselves, and give others the peace and love we should be giving ourselves. Don’t hold your tongue and make others comfortable at a cost of making yourself uncomfortable.

In this episode I give a little bit of advice and encouragement to all of my Kings and Kweens out there struggling with any kind of Trumatic experience.
