Shared leadership
Collaborative leadership
Same family reunion. New name tag. It is more of a metaphor than a defined framework.

At its core, Jigsaw Leadership is simply this:

No one leader holds the whole picture.
Every person brings a distinct piece.
And the power is in how those pieces fit together — intentionally.
