Calling everyone who was told that they talk too much on their report cards. This episode is for us. In 2019, I was chosen as a speaker for SheTalks and for my talk, I decided to speak on the shame I carried around my voice and its expression. In 2022, I decided to re-read myself that talk and reflect on how far I've come with that shame. What I found is that I've come a long way in embracing my voice and the space that it takes up.
