Karolina Dubiel is the CEO of a global non-profit, a Civil Air Patrol cadet, and holder of a Student Pilot Certificate. In an effort to introduce more young girls into traditionally male-dominated STEM fields, she founded and personally manages the Girls in Aerospace Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on bringing aerospace opportunities to women worldwide, impacting over 15,000 young women to date with events, webinars, and programs. As an award-winning amateur web developer, she specializes in simple, usable applications centered around daily tasks. In her free time, she publishes space articles and is working on her first App-Store-worthy iOS app.
