Sometimes we find ourselves amongst groups of people or investing valuable time in others who may not express the same kindness, consideration, or support. I've focused this episode on the attributes of someone who's on your team and not just playing the game.

For so long [and as a kid], I have been so used to planning out my life: the man I am going to marry, the family we'll have together, the duration of a relationship, the duration of a friendship... This is where we set a standard or expectation for the unpredictable (life). Instead, to grow as individuals we should reflect on life and conclude to results that improve our well-being.

I have been really big on miscommunication, but this episode is catching you guys up on where I've been mentally and where 2020 is taking us (me as the speaker, and you as the listeners). We're a team at this obstacle called "life". I hope this helps.
