Today we are joined by the incredible creative and soul that is Katie- Louise.

Katie-Louise is an artist and sound facilitator who works with sound as a creative intuitive channel and a pathway back to the body.

Through gongs, and multi instruments and intuitive voice she creates immersive journeys that quiet the mind and open space for inspiration and reconnection to rise. Her sessions are shaped in the moment by intuition, responding to the energy of the   room.

Her work explores creative awakening, feminine embodiment, emotional release and nervous system restoration. She holds space for both tenderness and power, inviting women to reconnect with their inner rhythm, intuition and creative aliveness. Life force 🌀

Each journey is an opportunity to soften, feel and remember the depth and truth of your own voice. 

Her prayer is liberation and freedom 🙏

She also channels art and is most well known for creating the art work for Rebecca Campbells Oracle card decks which are used worldwide.

Katie also creates her own art which is available to purchase for digital downloads.

Let yourself express yourself even with the fear. 

Fear isn't bad. It's just there and can be helpful at times. 

What we don't want is to hold ourselves back from expressing ourselves (as i sometimes still can too) so that we can fulfil ours wants and desires.

Learning emotional mastery tools and healing wounds that come up around self image will help you move forward!
