3. Set your goals. What do you want?

4. Visualisation

5. Review how you're currently doing things and your offers

6. Start each day leaning into what feels good and the goals you have for each day!

Claire is a somatic coach, yoga teacher and business mentor. She supports women with nervous system nourishment and business strategy support as they navigate the ups and downs of growing and scaling their businesses.

She is a certified Regenerative Alchemy Somatic Experiencing Coach and 300hr qualified yoga teacher. She is an ex head of marketing, having left her corporate career in 2022. She blends her experience in a holistic approach to body, soul and business coaching. She focuses predominantly on nervous system healing and embodiment work with clients now as she believes who we are being is just as important as what we are doing in business.
