I know that it is March but what was your word of the year? Did you pick a word or intention to live by? If you did, does it leave room for error? We can all have the best plans for when things go smoothly but sometimes life will throw those plans off course. While you are planning be sure to have self-compassion toward yourself and not fall into the pit so self-condemnation.

She Will... Remember Herself 

Your testimony has the power to remind you of yourself! While your testimony is great for others to hear, it can also reignite something you. In my case, sharing my story with others helped me to remember things that were placed in my heart many years ago. Stop holding onto your testimony and hiding what the Lord has done for you.

She Will... Overcome Through Testimony

Welcome back! This season we will be revisiting the topic of our testimony. In this episode, I am reading through a journal entry that started me down this path for the season. Thank you for coming back and listening!

Hey Y'all! This week's episode was recorded on time but life happened! So I am posting it right now. This week I am discussing three questions I ask myself when I feel like I have too many tasks. These questions help me keep my life in check and focus on myself a little bit more. Not saying that we need to be selfish but we do need to be mindful of what we NEED to do and our NEEDS. Do not let your basic needs and replenishment go unmet while trying to be everything to everyone.

This week I am talking about suffering. No to say that we should accept a life of suffering but that we should not expect to be apart from the problems of the world. I think it is important to know that a Christians the road will not always be easy but we will make it through. Accepting to live for the Lord does not mean a life of rose! It means a life of being obedient because of our love for the Lord and being a good example for others as Jesus was the example for us.

This week I am addressing the topic of contentment. This is something we hear about often but it is something that is hard to master. The highlighted verse for this week is Philippians 4:11-13 where Paul tells us he has learned to be content. He LEARNED to be content! This means that this is not something that happens overnight but something that comes through experience. This week, consider if you are content in your season or if you are letting your focus rob you of the moment.

Y'all! I've been gone for a minute but I'm back with another episode. This week I am addressing my 2021 goal of consistency after being gone for a while. I will be discussing waiting on feelings and inspiration vs. planning and execution. It is all very simple, but it still has to be acted upon to work! I will also be looking at 1 Tim. 4:16 as I address the topic of remembering your "why".

Thanks for coming back! This week I am discussing how a 1000 piece puzzle relates to God! Yes, a puzzle! I promise you it goes somewhere. This week, keep in mind that you have to go piece by piece. The Lord gives you instruction little by little just as he did for many in the Bible. Sometimes getting too much information can be overwhelming or can make you feel like you have already won. Going piece by piece reminds you to look to the Lord for guidance and wait on him for instruction.
