I bet you’re just as surprised as I am? Warren has only gone and done a bonus episode. He recorded this one with Greger, an über Pearl Jam fan. Greger has been within touching distance of Eddie Vedder, he has had some of Eddie’s red wine and nabbed Mike McCready’s guitar pick. To top it all off, Greger has worked with Cameron Crowe on the Pearl Jam Twenty film!

Warren is star struck as Greger guides them through the PJ minutia and fills in the gaps in Warren’s Pearl Jam memories. He keeps things on track as Warren tries to recall what happened at the eight or so PJ concerts he has been to (and the ones they both attended, but did not know each other back then) but Warren’s recollections are hazy. That’s rock n roll.

This was an opportunity of a life time for the pair and every grungy detail has been captured on tape. There’s even a hidden track. D’oh that’s not hidden anymore now is it? This is it! The final episode of season 3 and I hear from Warren that he’s taking a break to gather in the harvest and reflect on what he and his guests have created. I’m devastated, although I do understand that this momentary space that’s going to be left only means that season 4 will come back more powerful and stronger than we can ever imagine. But by golly!
