Sheena Melwani tells stories related to her non-conventional background studying and working within religion, health and technology in East Africa, the UK, Malaysia and Canada.

She provides her take on how eHealth can contribute to patient-centric healthcare and patient self-management, and how this has led to her startup Silvr Movement (http://www.fortheagingpopulaton.com). The startup works to make life more accessible for seniors, and in a recent health hackathon was awarded a top prize which resulted in a trip to Facebook’s HQ in Silicon Valley.
