Welcome back to Transit Station محطّة عبور by Yalla Arabee! This episode is all about Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, who is the current vice president, prime minister, and minister of defense of the United Arab Emirates and the ruler of Dubai. We will be talking about how he transformed the emirate of Dubai into a wealthy business and tourism hub in the Middle East. We wanted to change it up this time, so Sheikh Mohammed is not a writer, poet, or social justice leader and instead the current leader of an Arab country. Nevertheless he is an important figure in the Arab world and a name you should know.
