It doesn’t matter how spiritual you are, most of us have a way that we respond to stress and things we perceive to be scary - physically, economically, psychologically. 

Most of us wish our fear response was a bit more refined - e.g., not moving immediately to fight (for example, lashing out at others on social media or yelling at your partner for the slightest thing, flight (like turning to drugs and alcohol or checking out emotionally), or freeze (like focusing incessantly on “fixing” the issue without thinking it through and to the detriment of other needs). 

In this episode, Ali and I walk you through why we respond the way we do when shit gets real…and we help you to wake up to your own personal pattern of response to events that bring up fear and anxiety. 

Once you know your pattern, transcendence is possible…choice is possible.
