Somehow, we humans can make anything complicated and exclusive.

We create Gods that only prefer certain people.

We develop spiritual practices that are the best and only spiritual practices that should be practiced.

We limit and take ownership over the universal power that flows through us all.

We make cliques of those who are spiritually advanced (the ones who get it, and those who misunderstand what spirituality really is (the ones don't get it).

Well, this week Ali and Erica are over it. We're inviting all spiritual folks (ourselves included) to cut the shit. 

It's time to stop looking outward at all of the lost souls and start looking inward toward our own individual spiritual compasses.

Because the truth is: life is the only spiritual practice we need. The spiritual evolution we are seeking is in each situation that presents itself to us on a moment-by-moment basis.

Let now be the only spiritual practice you need. Simple right.
