From the screaming guitars of southern rock bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd, blistering blues from Stevie Ray Vaughan, mix in a little attitude from punk bands like Social Distortion, and finish it off with a heaping mess of honky tonk from Waylon Jennings. Stir all that up and
you get the sound of Shelby Lore. The band consists of Tyler Kiser on bass and harmony, Luke Estep on drums and percussion, and Shelby Lore on guitar and vocals. Since 2019, the band has been building and building with their first
album, No Name Town, which touches on the struggles and the beauty of being from a small town. Their second album, Great Unknown, really experiments with all the elements in the melting pot to tell stories of love, mental illness, substance abuse, and hope. Clark Kissick is a singer/songwriter from Owingsville, Kentucky. Clark sings with this great “old soul” baritone voice you are go-ing to love! 
Clark is a man of many talents who has lived a life of many ups and downs and all-arounds! Join us next week not only to hear this talented musician play with a great band, but also to hear him talk to Bradford about his life on and off stage, including his tenure with the University of Kentucky football program.

Charlotte Morris discovered her passion for this work at a young age because the fabric of her home and family life was music. Classical music, Broadway tunes, and especially folk music. “Every family car ride" says Charlotte "was filled with folk clas-sics, – Joni Mitchell, Judy Collins, Simon & Garfunkel, and Peter, Paul & Mary.”
Charlotte learned a number of instruments on her own, and be-fore she knew it, Charlotte said, “Music grew from something I loved to something I needed." 
In January of 2018, Charlotte joined Lonesome Traveler – a na-tional concert tour where the cast performed the history of folk music, starting with Woody Guthrie and ending with songs
from Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and Joan Baez. While on the road, folk legends including Tom Chapin, George Grove (Kingston Trio), Peter Yarrow and Paul Stookey (both of Peter, Paul and Mary) performed with the cast at various venues.

From the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music at Morehead State University (Morehead, KY), the Mountain Music Ambassadors showcase a variety of bluegrass, old time and country music stylings. Featuring
students studying Traditional Music, the Ambassadors have entertained audiences across the United States and internationally in the People’s Republic of China,
Ireland, Hungary and Slovakia. Recognized as one of the premier institutions for studying American Traditional
Music, the KCTM’s focus extends beyond the classroom, connecting students with
accomplished musicians to create a learning environment that combines musical prowess with a deep understanding of the industry. Under the direction of Daxson Lewis and Ruth McLain, the current lineup of the
Mountain Music Ambassadors includes Lucy Becker, Hoppál Piroska, Ladanyi Csenge, Thomas Lyngklip, Robert Myers, Pachert Martón, and Turi Barna.

Muriel Anderson is the first woman to win the National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship. Guitar Player Magazine lists her as one of the top 50 guitarists of all time and she has recently been listed among the top 10 female guitarists. She performs on a 20-string harp-guitar and her gentle sense of humor and facility across multiple genres is revered by audiences and guitarists worldwide. She has recorded with country legend Chet Atkins, performed with Les Paul and countless other greats in "Muriel Anderson's All-Star Guitar Night®" shows over the past 30+ years. Muriel's CD Nightlight Daylight placed first in its category in 11 national awards, followed
by Acoustic Chef, an international CD with cookbook. The boundaries of her creativity and positive energy are stretched even further with Muriel’s new release "Sailing Dreams," inspired by sailing from Fire Island NY to Maine. It is proof positive of her enduring legacy as a composer and lyricist.
