Hi everyone this is Shelly Inspires and I am here to support and guide you on your health and healing journey. I am a Health and Healing Coach with over 25 years of life experience. In addition to this I am a 21 year cancer survivor, a domestic violence survivor and a sexual assault survivor. 

I have a Masters in Healthcare Administration Management and a Bachelors in Community &amp; Human Services. Additionally I am an Ordained Minister and I have my Reiki 1 Certification.

I walk 5 miles a day, eat healthy, love crystals, yoga, meditation, saging, and living in the present moment.
