He vividly recalls the meditation that changed everything, allowing him to forever feel crystals and and teach about them, and to experience spirituality in a new way.
• Sheryl and Robert discuss how imagination is the doorway to spiritual experience, and how to create that for yourself through attention, intention, and imagination (more fully explained by Robert in his book The Alchemy of Stones).
• Robert warns against doubting your experiences by thinking they are “just your imagination”. He explains this denegrates imagination, which is the incredible power of creativity that allows us to imagine things into being. • Sheryl asks about counterfeit moldavite and how to know it is authentic. The most recent wave was during the pandemic, especially in 2021 on TikTok with one video getting 540 million views, sparking demand and creating a shorteage in supply which prompted many counterfeiters, especially in China where many fake minerals are generated. Most cheap moldavite offered online is not moldavite but bottle glass. Robert recommends buying where you can obtain a written guarantee from a long-term supplier. There is no Columbian Moldavite, African transparent moldavite, no white moldavite, etc. All moldavite originates in the Czech Republic and is green.
• Moldavite has different healing powers and intensity when paired with a variety of other gemstones and crystals. Robert covers this as well as moldavite essences, and other ways to use it for healing in his book.
• Robert discusses one of his favorite ways of bringing healing to people and places using “photonic layouts” of gemstone placement onto photographs of people, animals, and places to bring healing to them through radionics, and the pronounced impact of leaving these in place for several days. He discusses one current case helping someone get huge relief from the fatigue experienced after exposure to black mold (as shown in the book). He also shares the background of radionics from the 50s when pesticides and fertilizers were applied to photos of farms such that minimal amounts of these would impact vast acreages, and how that information was suppressed by the impacted industries.

An estimated 5 million Americans are adopted; what impact does that have on those adopted? Adoptee Sheryl discusses her story, specifically:

• What was it like growing up adopted? Sheryl knew she was adopted most of her life and was adopted by a very loving family, but she still felt like she didn’t fit in. She talks about her struggles with low self-esteem and trying to earn love.
• Mario asks how her faith was impacted by being adopted. She shares how she leaned on that and what happened when it all fell apart in 7th grade.
• They discuss her rebirthing ceremony and how that helped her connect with the emotions each of her parents felt during her nine moths in the womb, and how hard it was for her mother to give her up at birth.
• Sheryl shares that her adopted family loved her very much, but had their own trauma, and her adopted mother was also not able to give her a nurturing love beyond age 5 because she had her own childhood experiences triggered.

• How do we balance heart and mind to expand from 3D into 4D and 5D energies? What if we want to stop the reincarnation cycle? Eva addresses both these questions explaining that transcending our 3D survival cycle calls humanity into compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, love and bravery as we embody the full spectrum of emotions this evokes. As we explore our choices, we exercise free will in how we feel about what is happening. Within that, happiness is always our choice, not a destination. As we move through our tests, we learn to realize and reflect upon these patterns for our own evolution.
• Eva explains that our star ancestry needs us here as their “ground group” to anchor in the energies that create the physical reality. Being aware of our physical senses in the body activates our sixth sense which opens us to time travel. Sheryl mentions how fluid this is as she experiences moving back and forth between 3D, 4D and 5D and Eva references the movie The Philadelphia Experiment to explain that our bodies need this time of transition to prepare for holding the higher frequencies, and a faster “jump” would overload our systems. Eva invents a new word in this conversation: Lemutian. Sheryl mentions helping our bodies ascent through changing what we eat and drink, and how it takes time to retrain our habits.
• They discuss the history six star nations evolving here on Earth. The first three were the most common and remember the soul energy and healing: Pleaides, Sirius, and Andromeda. Eva mentions that Sirius had a strong head/heart balance. The next three races were more mind-centric: Centaurus, Epsilon Eridani, and Lyra (also known as the Illuminati). They Lyrans introduced technology, Epsilon were the negotiators, and Centaurians were the hybrids.

• How she manages to raise a healthy, well-adjusted young man without ever telling him “no”? She goes into some of the more important dynamics to her such as giving a child credit, not using negative words like “no” or “you can’t” that only make them want to do the opposite, why “no” is not beneficial for children or parents, and a healthier approach to being authoritarian and using the dynamics of “power over”, also avoiding creating an atmosphere of verbal abuse, shaming and blaming. Instead, Cheri focuses on life choices and consequences to empower her son.
• For examples, Sheryl asks Cheri to share a couple of stories that help us visualize how this different style of parenting looks and sounds. In the 3rd grade, her son refused to write a report. She told him he did not have to and then explained how he might have to retake the 3rd grade and that he’d be the tallest person in the class, etc. She empowered him to make the choice and assured him she would support him. He later returned crying saying he needed help using the computer. Cheri helped him connect his decision with consequences rather than being aggressive. She speaks about the importance of respect.
• Cheri speaks about how her son is his own leader, learning how to make wise choices and learning about the results of those. She shares that once he lied about how his mobile phone was broken and she explained she supports him and would call the police. He then revealed he had lied and she goes into details about how the trust was now broken between them and it would take time to rebuild. He worked very hard to do this.
• Sheryl asked how she knows her son is now a well-adjusted young adult and not a “spoiled” child? Cheri explains how well he connects with his peers and that other adults tell her he is compassionate, socially aware, and other qualities of integrity.
• Cheri speaks about emotional intelligence and reiterates that she wanted to raise a man of high moral character who is good at relating with himself and others. She is very proud of him and their relationship.
• When asked where we can start to learn better ways of relating to our children that don’t involve shame, blame, physical punishment, etc., Cheri began with a course by the same name as their book Parent Talk Essentials by Chick Moorman and Thomas Haller that taught her how to talk to children so they will listen. She also recommends The Conscious Parent by Dr. Shefali Tsabary, and any book on consequences.
• Hands are for hugging, not hitting. The verbal approach works better with children and prepares them for life in the real world, building their relational skills. This also develops a life-long approach to parenting that is evolutionary, not founded in punishment or alienation.
• Preparing children for responsibility by teaching them this is the pathway to freedom and privileges. Her son was in charge of his own freedom, so he decided to be more responsible.
• Sheryl shares how she excelled academically as a way to get out of school and the house as soon as possible, barely learning how to drive before she graduated and left home at 16. She explains that is why Cheri’s parenting style spoke to her heart and she wanted to share with listeners.
• Cheri explains that she has so many books and went this direction because she didn’t know how to do it better, either, but she was determined to do so.
• Respect, according to Sheryl, begins with the self, and we must have it for ourselves before we can have it for our children. To this Cheri responses that she saw her son as sacred and always wants to support him in being the best he can be.
• They discuss the importance of being able to apologize to your child when you get it wrong. This is also important for adults! It is easy to see why Cheri trains leaders…much the same way she parents!
